Thia Thomalla to compete in beauty pageant again?
5 Feb – Beauty queen Thia Thomalla has sparked speculations that she may be competing in another pageant after writing a cryptic post on social media.
As reported on GMA News, on 4 February, Thomalla posted a glamorous photo of herself in a pink dress, writing, "Will you help me conquer the world?"
This immediately got netizens talking, with many speculating that she is going to try and win Miss World Philippines this year, after claiming the Miss Eco International title in 2018.
Fans were not the only ones who supported this move if Thomalla were to join the said pageant, as fellow beauty queens like Gazini Ganados, Winwyn Marquez, Laura Lehmann also expressed their encouragement for the Filipina-German beauty.
Although she made no direct confirmation about competing again, Thomalla later posted another message on Instagram Story, which read, "Thank you for all the love. Praying for the best, and asking God for this [favour]."
She also added that she is currently still in locked-in taping.
