The people who first brought the popular Hawaiian poke dish to Singapore have now opened a Hawaiian-themed bar along Amoy Street.

Called Tiki Bar, it features a rustic interior design scheme and offers a chilled out beach vibe just a stone’s throw away from the Central Business District.

The bar serves signature cocktails such as Fiery Passion (lime, lemongrass, vanilla and passionfruit) White Crest (rum, orgeat syrup, guava and coconut meringue) and Mauna Loa, (gin, Aperol cocktail and infused with bacon wood-chip smoke).

Its selection for craft beer lovers includes Longboard Lager, Big Wave Golden Ale and Hanalei IPA.

Meanwhile, Tiki Bar’s food menu consists of Hawaiian-inspired dishes such as roasted pork belly with charred pineapple cubes and a super-sized Ultimate Poke Bowl, which consists of two poke flavours, seasoned rice and a generous amount of toppings.

The Aloha Poke Tiki Bar is located at 92 Amoy Street and is open from Monday to Saturday at 5:30pm.
