New Thai-Japanese fusion ramen in Singapore
IPPUDO's Thai-Japanese fusion ramen, which was first introduced in Thailand in 2015 to overwhelming response, will be available in Singapore for a limited time only. A blend of IPPUDO's tonkotsu broth and Thai tom yum soup, the ramen is topped with Tiger prawns, half-boiled umami egg, tom yum minced meat, cherry tomatoes, shrimp fragrant oil and lime. The Tom Yum Tonkotsu Ramen ($19++) will be available from 3 April at IPPUDO's Mandarin Gallery, Mohamed Sultan, Westgate and Shaw Centre outlets.
