Tavia Yeung shares why "Another Era" is special to her

25 Sep – Tavia Yeung recently admitted that she has a special relationship with the TVB drama, "Another Era".

In an interview with Mingpao recently, the actress shared that she felt like coming full circle when the offer for the said drama came to her, since the original series, "At the Threshold of an Era" was among one of her first dramas.

"I just graduated from the training class when I played a minor role in "At the Threshold of an Era" [in 1999]. 19 years later, I became a part of "Another Era", and playing one of the leading roles. It really felt like it has been one era after another," she said with a smile.

The drama was also special in a sense that it was her comeback drama with TVB since leaving the company in 2016.

"I was looking forward to it when I heard that Roger Kwok, Frankie Lam and the others were going to be a part of the project," she said.

She also admitted that working with Roger Kwok again was special to her as well.

"My last drama with TVB was "The Last Healer in Forbidden City" with Roger, and now my comeback drama was with him too. It's fate. One is the end, and the other is the beginning," she said.
