Tarek and Heather Rae El Moussa's Latest Flip Just Hit the Market—Would You Buy It?
Have you ever seen an HGTV renovation that's so good, you wish you could move right in? Well now, you can. Tarek and Heather Rae El Moussa announced a project from their hit show was just listed to the tune $1.3 million. "House one out of 14 from season 2 of The Flipping El Moussas is finally completed and for sale," Tarek wrote on his Instagram post. "No expense was spared on the transformation of this gorgeous four-bed, three-bath house."
If you're thinking, wait, I consider myself an HGTV superfan, but I don't recognize this project, there's a good reason for that. It's because this project is from the second season of The Flipping El Moussas, which is set to premiere in early 2024. Nestled in La Palma, a neighborhood in California's Orange County, the 2,068-square-foot space is decked out with the El Moussa's signature west-coast-cool vibes. (A moody kitchen? Incredible indoor-outdoor layout? A shower that's large enough to accommodate a freestanding tub? Check, check, and check.)
What else does the home have to offer? "Custom wallpaper feature walls, hand selected designer lighting and fixtures, and a floor to ceiling smooth finish fireplace are just some of the custom touches that make this home unlike any other home on the market," Tarek writes in their post.
The El Moussa family's fans agree, with many adding that this is "one of their best flips ever." One person commented, "Love love the wood grain cabinets, one of my faves." Someone singled out "The accent wall on the wet bar." Another wrote, "Love color combinations; looks very Scandinavian." And yet another fan simply said, "Perfect!"
Praise aside, we have a lot of questions about this listing. How much will the profit be? When can we see a behind-the-scenes look at this renovation? And, of course, who will be the lucky buyer? Well, according to the fixer uppers themselves, this home was designed with community in mind. "Whether you have a growing family or love to entertain, this home is perfect," Tarek wrote. "We hope you love it as much as we loved flipping and designing it."
