Total Recall writer slams lawsuit on Disney claiming Zootropolis plagiarism
Gary L. Goldman, the writer of movies including action classic ‘Total Recall’ and ‘Big Trouble In Little China’, is suing Disney, claiming that it ripped off his idea with its movie ‘Zootropolis’. The tangled and twisted ‘X-Men’ universe is so full of plot holes and parallel timelines it’s impossible to join the dots. By far the biggest plot hole in ‘Apocalypse’ is the fact that none of the characters seem to have aged at all – the film is set in 1983, 21 years after the events of ‘X-Men: First Class’, but the cast have barely aged a day.

Idris Elba’s latest movie has bombed at the box office
Idris Elba’s ‘100 Streets’ is one such film. Elba, famed for his role in ‘The Wire’, has appeared in a host of features like the ‘Thor’ franchise, ‘Prometheus’, ‘Pacific Rim’, and this year’s ‘Zootropolis’. Joining him in ‘100 Strets’ are Gemma Arterton, Tom Cullen, and Franz Drameh, yet the British flick could only muster £245 in its opening weekend, according to HuffPost.

Finding Dory tops $1 billion at the box office
‘Dory’s’ financial success is something of a high point for Pixar over the past couple of years because neither ‘Inside Out’ or ‘The Good Dinosaur’ managed to reach the same milestone. While ‘Dory’ reviews were generally positive, it wasn’t as universally adored as many of their other movies. In total, ‘Finding Dory’ has taken $1,001,480,568, making it the fifth highest grossing animated film of all time.
