Called the Automated Room-Service Associate or AURA, the robot is able to attend to guests' requests for items such as towels or toiletries by "carrying" these items in the machinery's top compartment and navigating its way through corridors and on elevators to the guests' respective rooms. It will "call" the guests upon arrival, automatically pop the lid of its compartment open to reveal the guest's requested item before bidding farewell and heading back to its original spot where it awaits its next call for service.
