Science has confirmed what our younger ‘Twilight’ loving selves knew all along that Robert Pattinson is the most handsome man in the world.Research into what constitutes the 'perfect face' has found the ‘Batman’ actor, 33, to be 92.15% ‘accurate’ to the Golden Ratio of Beauty Phi, which measures physical perfection.His eyes, eyebrows, nose, lips, chin, jaw and facial shape were measured against other celebrities and his make-up meant he came closest to the ancient Greeks’ idea of perfection.The list was compiled using the latest computerised mapping techniques by Harley Street facial cosmetic surgeon Dr Julian De Silva, who utilises the technology in his work. ‘The Witcher’ star Henry Cavill came a close second with 91.08%, Bradley Cooper was third with 91.08% and at 56, Brad Pitt, proved he can still cut it in the handsome stakes coming in fourth with 90.51%.Previous winner George Clooney, the oldest star on the list, slipped back to fifth place, largely because of the effect of ageing on the 58-year-old had resulted in a loss of volume in the face.Owner of the most chiselled chin in the top ten, David Beckham came in a very respectable seventh with a score of 88.96%.The former footballer also had a near-perfect ratio in the size of his nose and his lips. Cineworld has expanded its multiplex at the Millennium Dome, adding 8 new screens, to make it London’s biggest cinema.The cinema chain held a gala opening at its Greenwich Peninsula location, the Cineworld at The O2, last night to celebrate the expansion which includes three new VIP screening rooms and a 4DX auditorium.The cinema now boasts 4,500 seats across 19 screens, complementing the existing Superscreen and ScreenX immersive technologies, making it “one of the UK’s most technologically advanced cinemas” according to the blurb.The biggest cinema in the UK is the Vue at Star City in Birmingham, which has 25 screens and over 5,000 seats.David Spence, General Manager of Cineworld at The O2 said: “We are delighted to offer Londoners a vast world of viewing possibilities with the latest in cinema technology.
