Billie Eilish has written and performed the new James Bond theme tune, but not every artist has been so fortunate.

This is the first time a cast member has suggested 'No Time To Die' would serve as a third act to a trilogy of sorts
All those vodka martinis appear to have become a problem for 007, according to public health researchers. In fact, given the amount he’s drunk on screen, he’d be considered a ‘chronic’ alcohol user, who should be given assistance from his employers, MI6. Thanks to some number crunching by the University of Otago in Australia, Bond’s booze intake has been totted up over 24 movies.

2012′s ‘Skyfall’ was a landmark moment for the James Bond series, raking in over $1 billion (£800m) at the global box office, but if this new behind-the-scenes rumour is to be believed, Daniel Craig and Sam Mendes nearly squandered millions of pounds of potential profit… with a pair of leather gloves. The story comes courtesy of documentary filmmaker Charlie Lyne who took to Twitter to share his story over two videos. Here’s a story I heard about James Bond… [½] pic.twitter.com/3gtOdBeowO— Charlie Lyne (@charlielyne) June 27, 2016 … split across two tweets because the video’s too long for Twitter.
Everyone’s eager to hear what’s happening with the next movie in the James Bond series - but it seems there’s not much news to report thus far. Or if there is, no one’s told Ralph Fiennes. Den of Geek asked Fiennes about where things stand on the 25th Bond movie, and whether or not he’ll be back as M - and the actor replied, “I have no idea.
After the divisive ‘Spectre,’ Bond fans have been left with a great many questions about the future of the beloved, long-running franchise. Director Sam Mendes, having taken the helm on the 24th Bond movie following on from the massively successful ‘Skyfall,’ has confirmed that he’s done with the series - and there is ample cause to suspect this may also be true of 007 actor Daniel Craig. Admittedly this isn’t a huge revelation, given ‘Spectre’ landed three years after ‘Skyfall,’ which in turn came four years after ‘Quantum of Solace’ - although studio financial troubles were largely responsible for the delay between Craig’s second and third Bond movies.
‘Skyfall’ is not only the most financially successful James Bond film ever released, but it was also roundly acclaimed by critics too. Because before ‘Skyfall’ was in place, Neal Purvis and Robert Wade, the franchise regulars who have co-written ‘The World Is Not Enough’, ‘Die Another Day’, ‘Casino Royale’, ‘Quantum Of Solace’ and ‘Spectre’, partnered with the Oscar-nominated Peter Morgan to work on a Bond script. The “central idea … the hook” that Morgan, Purvis, and Wade worked on was ultimately used for ‘Skyfall’, while the script’s “shocking story” that was teased for years, but never divulged, has now been finally revealed.
Things are looking very good indeed for the ‘SPECTRE’ box office, with a sturdy haul of over £10 million taken at UK cinemas so far. The latest Bond movie, starring Daniel Craig reprising his role as 007, was previewed on Monday, then released across 647 screens in the UK on Tuesday. All eyes are now on the film to see if it can beat the record-breaking stature of its predecessor, 'Skyfall’, which became the biggest Bond movie of all time.
Does a good henchman matter, or is it more about the villain? Now – imagine a gun sight and a suited man walking into the middle of it… 23. ‘Die Another Day’ (2002) Invisible cars, rubbish Madonna theme tune (and embarrassing cameo), dull plot – there’s not much right with Pierce Brosnan’s final appearance in the franchise. Still, Rosamund Pike managed to shake it off and become a Oscar-nominated actress, so that’s lucky. After the bombast of ‘Casino Royale’, Daniel Craig’s sophomore effort is muddled and (shock horror) a bit boring.

Daniel Craig has strongly hinted that the upcoming ‘SPECTRE’ may wind up being his final film as James Bond - but is the time right for him to turn in his licence to kill? Asked if he will do another, Craig says, “I don’t know… I really don’t know. Craig’s remarks come not long after ‘SPECTRE’ and ‘Skyfall’ director Sam Mendes - the first filmmaker to direct two consecutive Bond movies in over 25 years - declared that he did not intend to return to the series a third time.
‘Skyfall’ director Sam Mendes took some persuasion to come back to helm upcoming follow-up film ‘SPECTRE’ - and it would appear he’s unlikely to take the job a third time. The Oscar-winning filmmaker and theatre director tells the BBC, “I said no to the last one and then ended up doing it, and was pilloried by all my friends.
