Starship Troopers reboot in the works
The bugs are back - ‘Starship Troopers’ is getting a reboot. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the 1997 cult sci-fi classic is getting the reboot treatment, with a new movie which will go back to the original novel. “Columbia Pictures is rebooting Starship Troopers, the 1997 science fiction film directed by Paul Verhoeven,” they revealed.

Puppet Master Reboot In The Works
According to Variety, the classic 1989 horror flick is getting the reboot treatment, in a joint venture by Di Bonaventura Pictures and Caliber Media. “Di Bonaventura Pictures and Caliber Media are partnering to reboot the ‘Puppet Master’ horror franchise,” they revealed. The original ‘Puppet Master’ was written by Charles Band and Kenneth J. Hall, and was directed by David Schmoeller… although the search is on for a director for the reboot.
