Downtown Abbey is unmistakably British - so the thought of it being set Stateside is almost unimaginable. Appearing on the Late Late Show over in the US, Downton Abbey actors Michelle Docherty, Hugh Bonneville and Alan Leech were challenged to showcase their best American accents. Host Alan Leech handed out the script from an actual episode of Downtown which the cast recreated with a US twist.
