Foxx, who just turned 50 on 13 December, hosted a New Year’s Eve party at the venue ahead of its official opening on 8 January. Foxx was in Dubrovnik, where’s he’s filming the forthcoming reboot of Robin Hood, where he revealed the spat. The video has since been deleted, but Croatian police confirmed yesterday that two men were charged with disorderly conduct, who it’s alleged targeted ‘one of the guests on racial grounds’.
