EL James takes us behind-the-scenes of the Masquerade Ball in this exclusive new clip from the DVD and Blu-ray of 'Fifty Shades Darker'.
When last year’s movie adaptation of E.L. James’ erotic novel Fifty Shades of Grey earned a $571 million global haul, it almost went without saying that the next two novels in the series — Fifty Shades Darker and Fifty Shades Freed — would soon be having their kinky way with audiences in theaters. Due to hit screens in February 2017 and 2018, respectively, the sequels are being filmed back-to-back and are currently in production now with returning cast members Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson as the randy billionaire Christian Grey and his lady love Anastasia Steele. (House of Cards director James Foley is stepping in for original director Sam Taylor-Johnson.)
"Anthropoid," also starring Czech actress Anna Geislerová, was filmed on location in Prague, where the real Operation Anthropoid took place 72 years ago.
50 Shades of Grey ends on a cliffhanger. Will Anastasia Steele and Christian Grey continue their contentious relationship? Only a sequel will tell (or the books). But rumor has it that Jamie Dornan, who plays the male lead, won?t be back for Fifty Shades Darker.
The 'Fifty Shades' star tells us why the 1973 animated movie 'Robin Hood' is such a cherished childhood memory.
Live Out Your “50 Shades of Grey” Fantasies for $12K E.L. James wrote 50 Shades of Grey so vividly and used so many descriptive adjectives (seriously, how many times was the word taciturn used?!) that fans basically demanded that a movie be made to bring the story to life. For $12,397, a “Christian Grey” (not Jamie Dornan) maybe look alike will take women living in New York or Los Angeles out to dinner and on a helicopter ride overlooking their city. All the finest high-end gear will be new upon every episode from Kiki de Montparnasse. If you’re going to spend that much money on prostitution, wouldn’t you want to guarantee that the man fulfills your fantasy and is as sexy as Christian Grey seems in the books?
Jamie Dornan is pretty open about his challenges playing bondage enthusiast and business tycoon Christian Grey. As seen in this exclusive new footage from the hotly anticipated Fifty Shades of Grey, director Sam Taylor-Johnson says Dornan struggled to master his character’s perfectionist ways.
Jamie Dornan is preserving his modesty in Fifty Shades of Grey — well, some of it, anyway. In the upcoming film adaptation of E L James’ romance novel, model-turned-actor Dornan plays enigmatic billionaire Christian Grey, the object of millions of readers’ fantasies. In a new interview with The Guardian, Dornan answers the question many of the novel’s fans have been wondering about: Just how far will the film go in depicting the book’s graphic S&M sex scenes?
