    Apple re-fixes a bug that let users jailbreak iPhones

    Apple fixed a vulnerability that temporarily allowed hackers to jailbreak iPhones. The bug was first fixed in iOS 12.3 but reintroduced in iOS 12.4. Hackers discovered the flaw earlier this month and shared a free public jailbreak just for the fun of it. Today, Apple released iOS 12.4.1, which should take care of the vulnerability once and for all.

    A Lancaster, Pa., man was sentenced to 18 months in prison on charges of hacking into celebrity email accounts and obtaining nude photographs of Jennifer Lawrence, Ariana Grande, Kate Upton, and others.     Leslie Jones’s Website Hacked, Personal Info and Photos Leaked

    Leslie Jones is the latest celebrity to be targeted by online hackers. The Ghostbusters star, 48, had her website hacked, its original content replaced with personal information — like her driver’s license and passport — as well as what appears to be explicit photos. The perpetrators then inserted a picture of the gorilla Harambe on her site, which originally was a forum for fans to check out the comedian’s work.
