    Nick Jonas plays one of the soldiers who took to the skies to fight for their country in Roland Emmerich’s “Midway,” and leaps into a cockpit of a plane and fires on enemy fighters in the film’s new trailer.This is just one moment of a colorful, explosive and intense new trailer for Emmerich’s war epic, which chronicles the aftermath of Pearl Harbor and the build-up to the Battle of Midway. American soldiers faced imposing odds against a Japanese naval fleet waiting off the coast, and Emmerich’s film examines the heroics that helped shift the tide of World War II and led to America’s involvement in the war.“We’re talking about a couple of planes against an all Japanese fleet.
