Singapore’s first burlesque performer, Sukki Singapora has been making a splash in Hollywood this year, thanks to the support of Grammy Award-winning music producer David Foster.
Singapore’s annual dance movement ‘Got to Move‘ is set to return this October for the third time with ‘a refreshed format’ and ‘expanded programming’ for the public to appreciate dance. From 13 to 29 October, the ‘Got to Move’ initiative will offer over 220 dance programmes and activities across various dance schools, pop-up events around the island. As part of the activities in this year, dance duo ScRach Marcs will be having a ‘dance performance installation’ at various locations in Singapore.
Barely three months since their last concert in Singapore, popular Korean boy group EXO is set to return to the island again. This time, the group will be making a guest appearance at shoe brand Skechers’ “Sweet Monster K-pop dance competition 2017” on 10 June. Skechers Singapore published a Facebook post on Thursday (18 May) announcing details of the dance competition as well as an appearance by EXO, who are also brand ambassadors .
The musical features Hayley and Jayley Woo taking turns to play Cutie Chef in different months. Other stars include Ko Eun Hee (Sexy Chef), Woo Young Wook (Green Chef), and Lee Sung Min (Iron Chef). Adapted from the Korean production “CHEF”, the performance sees two groups of chefs racing against each other to create a dish — chilli crab and bibimbap.

The identical French brothers, also known as Larry and Laurent Bourgeois, are killers in both the dance and fashion departments. Over the past five years, they’ve become regulars at Paris Fashion Week, and today they made their Fall/Winter 2015 debut at Anthony Vaccarrello, dressed in head-to-toe Dior with Donatella Versace sitting in between them.
