Almost a year after their successful second concert tour, South Korean-Chinese boyband EXO treated fans with a much sexier version of themselves at their third concert tour, EXO PLANET #3: The EXO’rDIUM, at the Indoor Stadium on Sunday (2 April). Performing to an 8,000-strong crowd during their Singapore stop of their third concert tour, the eight members of EXO put up a spectacular, high-octane performance that included a dazzling display of lights, fireworks, streamers and confetti.
Back in 2012, EXO exploded into the music scene with 12 members who were also divided into two sub-groups, EXO-K and EXO-M. After the departure of three members from EXO-M, the remaining nine members of EXO continue to perform and release music in both Korean and Mandarin as a whole group. The group’s rapper, Chanyeol, was last seen in the recently concluded mystery-thriller drama, “Missing Nine” (he also collaborated with Punch for the intro song to the hit K-drama “Goblin”), Chinese member Lay starred opposite Jackie Chan in the movie “Kungfu Yoga”, while vocalist Baekhyun appeared in “Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo”, the Korean TV adaptation of the hit Chinese drama “Moon Lovers”.
This is not an April Fool’s joke: popular K-pop boyband EXO will be having a concert in Singapore on 2 April at Singapore Indoor Stadium. Organisers ONE Production announced on their official social media pages that the concert, “EXO Planet #3 – The EXO’rDIUM”, will be held from 4pm. EXO was last in Singapore for a concert as part of their EXO PLANET #2 – The EXO’luXion tour, on 9 and 10 January 2016.
