18 years old, from Palawan

Cyra was born in Bulacan but the family transferred to Palawan. She has five siblings. She once stopped studying to help earn a living for her family.

Cyra's advocacy is to "help the younger generation," like inspiring young women to never lose hope and to follow their heart in reaching for their dreams; to remind them that everything will fall into place.

She believes that she will be the next Miss World Philippines because it is her dream. She looks up to other Miss World queens who can do their advocacy of helping others. Cyra knows that she can do it, too. She will not only wear the crown on her head — she will also keep it in her heart.
