Jam Sebastian, one half of YouTube sensation Jamich, feels weaker as he struggles with lung cancer and wishes to end his suffering once and for all.

His family is not granting Jam's wish to end it all.

Pero this time, hindi. Gusto na daw niyang manahimik, gusto na daw niyang magpahinga," his mom Maricar said in an interview on GMA's "Startalk" last Saturday, January 31.

So huwag kang mapapagod."

'Consider mercy killing'

Jam's older brother Yexel related the cancer-stricken Internet celebrity wants his family to consider euthanasia, or the practice of ending life to relieve pain and suffering.

Extreme pain

Maricar shared that Jam has refused further treatment because of extreme pain.

“Supposed to be two weeks ago pa yung chemo niya, sabi niya, gusto nya munang magpalakas, bago magpa-treat.

Nothing is impossible with God

Yexel believes nothing is impossible with God.

Even if it's painful for her to see her sufffering son, Maricar urges Jam to hold on and stay strong.

Wedding on hold

Jam and girlfriend Michelle Liggayu got engaged in May 2014, two months after they confirmed that the former has lung cancer.

Meanwhile, Maricar revealed that her son and Michelle’s much-awaited wedding might not yet happen soon because of Jam’s illness.
