APT CB2 - The first real apartment designed live on Pinterest
US-based home décor brand CB2, an offshoot of Crate&Barrel, is offering social media users the chance to design a New York apartment on Pinterest while it comes to life in the real world. The company has rented out Apt CB2, a five-room apartment on Broadway, and chosen five interior designers to fill it with furniture over a five-day period. The twist? The public will choose which pieces make the cut.
How does design affect your heart rate? New project Morpholio R&D attempts to quantify the emotional reaction to design by measuring your heartbeat in relation to specific images, using a smartphone attachment.
