Another day, another celeb rivalry rumor. Riverdale actor Lili Reihnart and Euphoria actor Sydney Sweeney both attended the Armani Beauty "One Night in Venice" event at the Venice International Film Festival on September 1, and the internet quickly began spiraling with gossip after a red carpet TikTok of them went viral.

In the video, Lili is posing for a group pic when Sydney comes up to greet everyone with a hug, but fans really zeroed in on Lili's minute facial expressions. "Certainly something going on," one user speculated. "Virgos are always staring but not meaning in a bad way coming from a Virgo," another wrote. (As a fellow Virgo, I can confirm. We can't help it!)

Lili did not hesitate to shut this unfounded noise down, posting a tweet on September 4 saying, "Stop making villains out of women every chance you get."

To further prove her point and demonstrate there's no bad blood, Lili took to her Instagram story to post a selfie of her and Syd, writing, "We'll be over here if you need us."

Sydney re-posted the pic to her own story, solidifying that fact she and Lili are on good terms. They handled the situation with so much class.

The stars also hung out together during their time in Venice; Daily Mail captured some pics of them going on a double date. If that doesn't scream "there is no feud and the internet has once again taken things out of context," then I don't know what does.
