Super Junior Kyu-hyun completes military duty

13 May – Super Junior's Cho Kyu-hyun is now officially discharged from his two-year military service.

As reported on Chosun, the singer completed his duties on 7 May at the Seongbuk Welfare Center for the Blind, and was welcomed by dozens of excited fans who waited for him to appear in public.

He also announced his return on social media with a selfie inside his vehicle, writing, "Civilian Kyu is on the way home. Please look forward to the music and concerts that we'll share together in the future! My singing has improved! Please look forward to Super Junior's full reunion as well!"

The singer added jokingly that the first thing he would like to do is to sleep for ten hours straight.

"When I wake up, I'm going to laze around for another two hours!" he added.

It is noted that the singer, who is also the last of Super Junior member to complete his military duties, will be holding a fan meeting on 19 May.
