Super Girls' Jessica Tsoi to tie the knot
22 Apr – Super Girls' member Jessica Tsoi recently announced that she is now engaged to be married.
As reported on Mingpao, the singer shared the good news on Instagram with a photo of her and fiancé, "Mr. Chen", writing, "Chen Guan is my angel, I want to thank him every day! I can't wait to marry you."
Speaking to the media after the announcement, Jessica stated that her fiancé is Taiwanese but works in the financial sector in Hong Kong.
"We have been together for six years, though the first few years were long distance. The relationship grew more stable in recent years when he moved to Hong Kong for work," she said.
Asked how Chen proposed, Jessica said that her manager flew her off to Thailand under the pretense that it was for work.
"I didn't expect that it would be a surprise proposal from him. When I entered the hotel room, the whole place was filled with balloons and roses. He appeared in front of me and proposed. I was very touched," she said.
