Sunshine Dizon rumoured to move to ABS-CBN
20 Apr – While some Kapamilya actors have decided to move to GMA following the franchise renewal issue that has befallen ABS-CBN, rumours are rife that GMA's own star Sunshine Dizon could be transferring to the Kapamilya network instead.
As reported on Push, news has been circulating that the Kapuso actress could be changing home network after it was revealed that she has not renewed her contract with GMA after 25 years - instead opting to work freelance.
It was also revealed that Dizon is also now being managed by Perry Lansigan - who is also Kapamilya actress Ivana Alawi's manager. This means that negotiations will no longer be difficult if ever there is a project to offer to the actress.
It is noted that Perry also manages Dingdong Dantes, who has made several films with ABS-CBN's sister company, Star Cinema.
The actress has yet to confirm or deny the rumour that she will be signing an exclusive contract with ABS-CBN, though sources claimed that Dizon will also be a part of Paulo Avelino and Janine Gutierrez's upcoming Kapamilya series. Both actors are also former Kapuso stars.
