Summer Meng still grieving the loss of brother
25 Apr – Taiwanese actress Summer Meng admitted that she is still grieving over the loss of her brother, Meng Geng-de, who ended his life last month.
As reported on Epoch Times, the actress, who attended the launch of a fashion store recently, stated that she is still trying to calm herself and find peace over his sudden passing.
"It gets easier with people expressing their support for me. But my emotions would sometimes go haywire. I hope everyone would be patient with me. I will slowly pass this," she said.
When asked about her current mood, Summer said that she is still working on getting back to normal.
"I hope to resume work as soon as possible. It will take continuous effort," she said.
At present, the actress is trying to complete the paintings that her late brother had been working on prior to his death.
"I want to complete it. It's a great feeling, to imagine him being next to me," she said, adding that the paintings will be on exhibition this September.
As for her upcoming wedding with Mickey Huang, the actress said that they have not discuss whether it will be postponed or not.
