"Suk Suk" shortlisted for the 70th Berlinale

19 Dec – Ben Yuen-starrer, "Suk Suk" has been shortlisted for the 70th Berlin International Film Festival.

As reported on Mingpao, the news was shared by its director, Ray Yeung, who expressed happiness over being selected to participate in the prestigious event.

"I hope that this movie will draw public's attention to a topic that is widely ignored by society," he added.

"Suk Suk" stars Ben Yuen and Tai Bo as two closeted married men who find themselves drawn to each other during their twilight years.

It previously premiered at the 24th Busan International Film Festival, and earned several nominations at the 56th Golden Horse Awards including a Best Actor for both lead actors.
