Sue Ramirez prefers real meetings than text messages
21 Aug – Sue Ramirez recently admitted that she prefers to get to know someone the old way, despite the technology available for people to use in this day and age.
As reported on Rappler, the actress, who plays a girl with electromagnetic hypersensitivity syndrome in the new movie, "Ang Babaeung Allergic sa Wifi", said that she dislikes using text messages to communicate when it comes to developing a relationship.
"It's not personal enough to use text. The emotions are not there. You may be reading it, but you don't know how he or she is saying it," she said.
Ramirez added that she would prefer to meet face-to-face with the other person instead, or just call them when needed.
"I appreciate calling more because you can hear what he or she is saying. You can detect their sincerity too sometimes," she said.
Nonetheless, the actress said that she won't judge those who prefer communicating through text and social media.
