‘Stranger Things’ Mashup Makes ‘Charlie Brown Christmas’ Even Weirder (Video)

Charles M. Schulz’s world of Peanuts was always a little odd, with a flying doghouse piloted by a beagle, but it’s now gotten even weirder thanks to Netflix hit “Stranger Things.”

In a three-minute animated short created by Leigh Lahav and Oren Mendez, “A Stranger Things Christmas” combines the streaming horror series with the Peanuts gang to create what could become a new holiday classic.

“Sometimes, I just don’t think you can talk to grown-ups unless it’s through light-up letters on a wall,” Will whines.

As for Snoopy and co., “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown” celebrated its 50th anniversary earlier in October, and its light doesn’t look to be fading any time soon.
