Steven Ma admires Nancy Wu's dedication to work

21 Jun – TVB actor Steven Ma admitted that Nancy Wu's dedication to her work is what drove him to offer her a role in his stage play, "By Chance: Xu Zhimo".

As reported on Mingpao, the actor, who spoke to the media about their collaboration recently, shared that he had a lot of discussions about acting with Nancy when the two of them were filming their drama, "Deep in the Realm of Conscience".

"I think Nancy has grown a lot in recent years. She has done a lot of projects and work hard every day. She said that she had never thought about taking a rest. She felt that aside from her hard-work and good fortune, she also has to be thankful for the opportunities given to her, and thus cherish everything," he said.

Steven admitted that he was impressed with Nancy upon seeing her dedication to her arts, and realising how she is still the same hardworking person despite already winning TV Queen.

"I also learned that she had studied Chinese dance and has already recorded several songs. So I went to see her and offered her a cooperation. She immediately agreed," he said.

On the other hand, the actor revealed that he has a lot on his plate right now. Aside from his drama and musicals, Steven will also be pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration at the Peking University in September.
