Temperatures have been (terrifyingly?) high this February at least on the east coast, so it’s only appropriate that Starbucks announced two spring drinksthe Coconut Mocha Macchiato and the Cinnamon Almond Macchiato — super early.

Both drinks, which can be prepared iced or hot, will be available nationwide on Tuesday, February 28th. And in a fun twist on the classic Macchiato, both the Coconut Mocha and the Cinnamon Almond will be made with the chain’s alternative milks — coconut and almond respectively — to the benefit of [lonely] vegan Starbucks lovers.

According to Delish, the Coconut Mocha Macchiato consists of warm espresso shots poured over coconut milk and white chocolate mocha sauce, topped with caramel and a swirl of mocha.

“It’s like melting a Rolo in a classic macchiato, only with denser foam on top,” their reviewer explained.

Meanwhile, the Cinnamon Almond Macchiato is espresso poured over a mix of almond milk and cinnamon dolce syrup, with a caramel crosshatch and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon on top.

“The almond milk makes it creamier and a little thicker than the typical iced drink, making it a strong alternative for Frappuccino lovers craving a lower-calorie, less sugary option,” Delish continued.
