We don’t know how anyone survives without a daily dose of java but this year, Starbucks has truly outdone themselves. Their new limited-edition holiday Starbucks card costs $200 just to purchase and that’s with only $50 of Starbucks coffee credit pre-loaded! Long gone are the days of your boring regular, old Starbucks Gold Card and its rewards because this is the wave of the future. We know what you’re thinking: Why the big bucks for the card alone? Apparently, it’s covered in stainless steel, then coated with gorgeous Swarovski crystals to elevate the whole coffee-buying experience and honestly, we’re okay with it! Talk about glam!

With the holiday season upon us, you might wonder who’s deserving enough of such an extravagant gift. $50 doesn’t go a long way when you’re fueling a serious caffeine addiction! However, if you’re planing on buying one of these sweet gifts, you’ll have to get on it ASAP. The last time Starbucks partnered up with Swarovski for their amazing gem-studded cups, the entire stock sold out in just over an hour. There’s also some for sale on other sites, such as eBay, though their price tag is much steeper at $300 — without the $50 credit to their value. ‘Tis the season, amIright?!

If you’re thinking $200 is way out of your price range anyway (as it is for most of us), Starbucks still has some pretty great gifts, such as holiday greeting cards, gift cards you can load with a lesser amount (that don’t cost $200 to purchase), tumblers, coffee cups, and more. Plus, for the more traditional coffee lover, it’s that time of year for the annual Christmas Blend and it’s magnificent.

You don’t have to spend a fortune to enjoy great coffee, but if you were to go all out for this totally blinged-out, limited-edition Swarovski card, make that first cup a venti to feel like a boss.
