One month before his death on September 7, Mac Miller visited the Spotify studios to record two songs. The company just released them as a touching tribute to him in the wake of his passing.

He recorded an acoustic version of his song "Dunno" and a cover of Billy Preston's "Nothing From Nothing." They also released some footage of him in the studio.

Miller passed away on September 7 of a drug overdose. He had been relatively public about his struggles with substance abuse, talking about them openly in interviews and rapping about them in his lyrics.

In a statement, his family said, "Malcolm McCormick, known and adored by fans as Mac Miller, has tragically passed away at the age of 26. He was a bright light in this world for his family, friends and fans. Thank you for your prayers."

He released his final album, "Swimming," on August 3.
