Solenn Heussaff won't worry too much about breastfeeding

13 Jul – Solenn Heussaff recently admitted that she has learned not to put pressure on herself when it comes to breastfeeding, being one of those mothers who do not have sufficient breast milk needed by their baby.

As reported on GMA News, the actress, who spoke to "24 Oras" about her breastfeeding journey, stated that she has used every single tip from books when it comes to supplementing breast milk, including eating horseradish.

"But it is still not enough for the needs of the baby. In the end, I became more open-minded, because they say a happy mum is a happy baby. So if you are happy with mix feeding, pure breast milk, or pure formula, then it's okay for the baby," she said.

Heussaff also added that now that daughter Thylane is fed formula, she can now concentrate on her diet.

"I have been really dieting for the last three weeks and exercising by going on uphill walk or doing workouts on YouTube," she added.

Heussaff gave birth to baby Thylane in January this year, three years into her marriage with Argentinian businessman, Nico Bolzico.
