Singapore Cocktail Festival 2021: Boozy Brunches, Bar Crawls, and Signature Cocktails at 36 Bars in Singapore
Asia’s largest celebration of cocktails, the Singapore Cocktail Festival (SGCF), returns from 12 November to 12 December 2021. This year’s City Takeover features 36 participating bars, music-themed cocktails, boozy brunches, bar crawls and gift sets.
Singapore Cocktail Festival Signature Cocktails
Since restaurants and bars in Singapore have been restricted from playing music, SGCF aims to inject some fun back into bars by making “Music” as the theme for cocktail innovation. All cocktails are priced at only S$18++ for those with Festival wristbands only.
For all Sinatrics at heart, sip on “To Be Frank” by Madame Fan. The cocktail takes inspiration from Sinatra’s choice tipple and is prepared with Chivas Regal. Or, order up Employees Only Singapore’s “I Did It My Way”, a Manhattan-style cocktail inspired by Sal Valentinetti’s (America’s Got Talent) golden buzzer rendition of the song, My Way.
Taking a note from the romance in music, MO Bar’s “Roaring City” is a pineapple-based Hendrick’s cocktail inspired by Sarah Kang’s Summer Is For Falling In Love. Tippling’s Club’s “Naïve Melody” reminds us of the moment we found The One for us.

Singapore Cocktail Festival 2021 Brunch Showdown
For five weekends from 13 Nov to 12 Dec 2021, 10 bars – Astor Bar, Jekyll & Hyde, Ju Hua Tai, Low Tide, Madame Fan, MO Bar, Origin Bar, Republic Bar, Tess Bar & Kitchen, and Tippling Club – will be taking turns to impress epicureans in a cocktail brunch showdown.
Astor Bar Cocktail Brunch features a 4-course menu, which starts with a Fresh Seafood Platter of Alaskan King Crabs, French Oysters and Shrimps. For the rest of the menu, choose from a selection of dishes including the Tuna Tartare, Boston Lobster Roll and Truffle Croque-Monsieur. The menu is priced at S$138nett per person and includes a free flow of cocktails. Only available on Saturday, 20 Nov 2021.
For brunch with a local twist, Low Tide is featuring a Nasi Kerabu Brunch in collaboration with Hendrick’s Gin. Enjoy a selection of refreshing gin cocktails over a 3- course brunch with dish choices that include Rendang on Lemang, Makrut Lime Cake and Grilled Miso Egg Plant. The menu is priced at S$130nett per person and includes a free-flow of cocktails, including the SGCF Signature Cocktail. Only available on Sunday, 14 Nov 2021.
Origin Bar will be showcasing a 4-course cocktail paired menu for brunch. Look out for classic brunch staples such as Avo Toast, “Bangers & Mash” and a Pineapple Inverted Cake. The menu is priced at S$108nett per person, including cocktails. Only available on Sunday, 12 Dec 2021.

Quenching your sense of wanderlust, four bar crawls will be available for booking, each designed to spotlight the world’s best bars.
The Taste of London Bar Crawl, happening on 1 Dec and 2 Dec 2021 is a collaboration between SGCF and London Cocktail Week. Featured bars include Junior The Pocket Bar (#82 Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2021) X Happiness Forgets; Manhattan (#6 Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2021) X Artesian ( #41 The World's 50 Best Bars 2020); Ah Sam Cold Drink Stall (#71 Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2021) X Behind This Wall; The Elephant Room X Coupette (#23, The World’s 50 Best Bars 2019); Bar Stories X Eve Bar; and No Sleep Club (#8 Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2021) X Three Sheets.
