Sing Swee Kee makes it an effort to regularly introduce new and delicious products, such as their bite-sized fried chicken rice balls in 2021. In response to the possibility of fresh chicken supplies being disrupted, Sing Swee Kee will be efficiently launching three new fried chicken cutlet flavours on 6 June 2022.

In addition to its current offering of their Lemon Chicken, there will be three new delicious flavours introduced— Original, Curry and Mala. You get to choose from à la carte(S$5) and with rice (S$5.50). Every individual piece of chicken cutlet is fried to golden perfection.

The Original flavour uses Sing Swee Kee’s secret homemade roasted chicken seasoning, while the Curry and Mala flavours are created using a blend of aromatic spices and herbs to cater to the taste buds of spice enthusiasts.

After a period of research and development, Sing Swee Kee is also launching another classic Hainanese dish— Hainanese Herbal Mutton Soup on 15 June 2022. The soup is meticulously brewed for hours, resulting in a robust broth. Chunks of mutton meat, bean curd, dried black fungus and fried bean curd are added. The Hainanese Herbal Mutton Soup instantly perks you up and gives you a sense of warmth. There are two sizes available: Small (S$18.80) and Medium (S$28.80).

The Sing Swee Kee Fried Chicken Cutlet is available at its restaurant and all outlets.

The Hainanese Herbal Mutton soup is available only at the Sing Swee Kee Restaurant.
