Last Friday (6 March) was recognised as National Dress Day. Founded by designer Ashley Lauren, the day was created as a way to relive good memories spent in dresses, from your prom, wedding, friends wedding, favourite date or your favourite dress in the summer you graduated. There are so many fun memories that took place while we wore a dress and there is every reason we should be reminded by them.

When you next make an achievement will you be wearing a dress? For your next job interview, your next birthday party, your friend’s wedding - if you know you will be but can’t recall having a dress you love wearing in your wardrobe, then right now is the time to buy a new one!

We’ve gathered our favourite dresses for to help you find what you’ll wear when you next create fond memories.

“Dresses aren’t going to change the world, the women who wear them will.” - Anne Klein
