UPDATE: Popular South Korean pop groups SHINee and Red Velvet will be returning to perform in Singapore for the Shilla Beauty Concert on 24 November, to celebrate the opening of the new The Shilla Duty Free store at Changi Airport T4.
According to a press release on Friday (25 Aug), the concert will be held at the Suntec Convention Centre, Halls 601-604, on 24 Nov at 8pm.
From 15 Sep onwards, tickets to the concert will be available through The Shilla Duty Free stores at Changi Airport T1, T2, and 3, and on iShopChangi.com. More details can be found on the Shilla Beauty Concert’s website.
The silhouettes of both groups were identifiable in a post by The Shilla Duty Free Singapore Facebook page on Wednesday (23 Aug), together with hints that pretty much gave away their identities.
The Shilla Duty Free Singapore said they were “bringing two hottest K-pop groups to you for the next most anticipated concert in celebration of our new store at T4”.
It added that the five-member boy group “SHINED with their talents and we can’t stop REPLAYING their catchy songs”, while the five-member girl group “brought HAPPINESS and refreshing RED FLAVOUR to all around the world”.
The two groups were in town earlier in August for Korean show Music Bank together with other Korean bands like Mamamoo, BTS and CNBlue. Tickets to that event were sold out within two hours, even taking into consideration a technical glitch that cropped up.
