Shay Mitchell will release the second half of her Beis travel brand's spring collection on Wednesday after refusing to delay the drop due to coronavirus.
The Pretty Little Liars star launched the range in 2018, and it's gone from strength to strength, with her expanding the brand with a baby collection, modelled by her daughter Atlas.
Reaching out to fans on Instagram, the star reflected on the "strange and uncertain times" due to the Covid-19 pandemic, but insisted she'd "ultimately decided that we wanted to forge ahead with the launch to experience a little bit of normalcy and optimism, even if just for a few days."
"It's strange and uncertain times, and we are doing little else but thinking about how this global pandemic is affecting everyone, and sending our love especially to those suffering from COVID-19 and those on the frontline helping them," Shay began.
"I wanted to let everyone that tomorrow morning we are launching the second half of the BEIS spring collection," she continued. "We worked really hard on this collection, and are excited to share it with you... even in the context of what is happening."
The actress added: "For all the other small businesses out there, please let's try to support them as much as we can during this difficult time, in addition to keeping all of health care providers, grocery store workers, delivery drivers and COVID patients top of mind."
Officials from the World Health Organization (WHO) are urging people to stay home and practice social distancing amid the global health crisis, which has seen more than 435,000 cases of coronavirus confirmed worldwide, with over 19,000 deaths registered, since it began in December.
