Shay Mitchell has completed three workouts in one day as part of her goal to get back into shape after welcoming her daughter Atlas.
The Pretty Little Liars star gave birth to her first child with boyfriend Matte Babel back in October, following an intense 33-hour labour, and has been documenting the first few months of the tot's life on Instagram.
On Monday, Shay gave fans an insight into her fitness regime now she's a new mother, and the 32-year-old stunned her followers when she revealed that she does three separate workouts on a daily basis.
After finishing a spin class, she also trained in the gym, before doing a stair run outside with her daughter in a baby carrier, remarking it's "so much harder with this much weight on me".
"Alright, here we are. Spin class, trained, and now we're doing stairs," the actress told the camera.
Shay wore a black sports top and matching jacket for her fitness session, styled her hair back, and wore a pair of dark shades for the mega workout, all while baby Atlas was strapped to her chest.
The brunette beauty was joined by celebrity trainer Nichelle Hines for the spin class and gym session, who couldn't help but heap praise her client.
"I was going to give her trash because she hasn't been here since she had a baby, but can you even tell she had a baby," she gushed in one of the clips shared to Shay's Instagram Stories.
Shay also met up with Lawrence Longo for her outdoor session on the stairs, before the duo headed for a burger.
