Shaun Tam has no issues working with Rebecca Zhu
30 Mar - Although Tony Hung may be swearing off collaboration with Rebecca Zhu, TVB actor Shaun Tam stated that he never had any issue while working with the said actress in the past.
As reported on Mingpao, the actor who worked with Rebecca in the 2018 drama, "The Stunt", stated that the two of them never had any miscommunication as Rebecca had with Tony in their romantic scenes.
"We communicate well before the shoot. There was a scene where Rebecca kissed me and didn't tell me beforehand, but sometimes producers want this kind of sudden effect. As a professional actor, you won't think too much about such a thing," he said.
Asked if he kept his distance from actresses due to the fact that he is a married man, Shaun said that having a meal together with his female colleague could be insensitive, but that actors have to be social.
"Sometimes Alice Chan and I will eat together after we call it a day," he said.
The conflict between Rebecca and Tony sparked late last year when the actress claimed that the latter took advantage of her by adding a lot of unnecessary intimate gestures into their romantic scenes in the hit series, "Wonder Women".
