18 Aug – While most artists are losing gigs and business owners experiencing massive losses, Sharon Luk considers herself lucky to have her online skincare business doing ten times better during the pandemic.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress who spoke about her said business with the media recently, shared that the pandemic had seriously changed people's lifestyle, and that many are now accustomed to shop online.
"It has helped the company's business. Rather than losing money, our profits have been rising," she said.
Sharon started her own online skincare business five years ago, acting as an agent and selling nearly 30 brands in Japan, United States, and other places.
She launched her own beauty brand three years ago, and found the response to be stimulating.
According to the actress, she is also planning to launch two more products during the pandemic.
However, when it comes to her acting career, the actress admitted that it had been greatly affected indeed, as she has not received any offer since she filmed the ViuTV series, "Mature Strong Women".
