Sharon Chan: It's tough to leave my son for work
23 Jul – Although it has been more than a year since giving birth to her son, Sharon Chan admitted that it was still difficult for her to leave him for work.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress, who spoke to the media at the press conference of her new travel show "What's Up Taipei?", shared that she originally thought that it would be fine for her to leave her son for a short period of time while she shot the show.
"But I have never been away for long from him since he was born. I ended up missing him a lot. We were shooting an artist at work at one point, and when I saw a painting of a father and a son playing football together, suddenly my eyes became wet with tears," she said.
She also admitted that at one point, she was missing her son so much that she ruined her make-up with her tears.
After such an emotional roller-coaster during the filming of the show, the actress admitted lightheartedly that she would consider bringing her son with her to work in the future.
