Shake Shack makes its highly-anticipated debut in Singapore
Singapore — Located at Jewel Changi Airport, this marks the restaurant’s first Southeast Asian outlet, serving up signature items as well as one-of-a-kind Singapore-exclusive menu.
Fans of the famous burger chain will swear by its popular ShackBurger (S$9.20 for single, S$12.90 for double) or the Shroom Burger (S$10.80) – crisp-fried Portobello mushroom filled with different types of cheese, served on a potato bun.
After all, Shake Shack began as a hot dog cart in New York, so the Shack-cago Dog (S$6.50) is pretty much the go-to item if you are undecided.

The Singapore-exclusive menu includes Pandan Shake (S$7.50) – vanilla frozen custard ice cream blended with pandan, coconut and topped with gula melaka crumble and Jewela Melaka Concrete (from S$7.50), a frozen custard ice cream mixed with coconut salted caramel chocolate chunks, shortbread and gula melaka.
Another concrete for the chocolate lovers is the Shack Attack – a chocolate custard mixed with Plain Vanilla brownies, fudge sauce, Lemuel chocolate chunks and chocolate sprinkles. This is a Singapore spin on the Shack classic, and features chocolate brownies from local patisserie Plain Vanilla Bakery.
Culinary director, Mark Rosati, who was present at the opening preview, shared that there are plans to open 10 outlets in Singapore in the near future.
