Last month, cookbook author and Quibi star Chrissy Teigen took to Twitter to share her thoughts on the Netflix original series that everyone's been talking about: Selling Sunset. Unfortunately, she wasn't an instant fan of the real estate reality show and even made a comment that suggested that the cast members were not really agents.

"I will say, I look at LA real estate a lot and have never seen any of these people lol either have our agents, who I have obsessively asked," Teigen wrote. In the days following her Twitter review of the show, some of the agents replied to Teigen in an attempt to gently set the record straight. Jason Oppenheim, the president and founder of the Oppenheim Group, also released a statement detailing the credentials of all of his agents. But he didn't stop there.

Yesterday, Oppenheim sent quite the clap back tweet to the celebrity, who is currently expecting her third child with husband John Legend. Truthfully, I didn't know Oppenheim could be such a savage. In a tweet directed at her, he wrote "If you want to see if I’m real, I’ll be showing your house tomorrow morning to one of my clients." Fans rejoiced at the playful tweet and replied with comments like "GET HER, KING" and "Well played." Teigen has not yet responded.

While Oppenheim's tweet did make us chuckle, it also raised some questions, as he did not note which property of Teigen’s he was referring to. Last month, Teigen and Legend did put their $24 million Beverly Hills mansion on the market; however, Marshall Peck of Douglas Elliman currently holds that listing. This makes it unclear how Oppenheim would get the opportunity to show that property to a client— if this is indeed the home he's referencing in the tweet.

Regardless, if Teigen and Legend never listed any of their properties with the Oppenheim Group, it is uncertain how Oppenheim would have access to the home. One possible solution is that he has a connection at another agency or brokerage in Los Angeles who asked him to bring a client through.
