Selena Lee confirms departure from TVB
15 Apr – Selena Lee recently confirmed that she is no longer under the management of TVB.
As reported on Oriental Daily, the actress, who was asked about the rumours of her departure, admitted that her name has already been removed from TVB's website.
"It's true that my contract with the company has ended, but we maintain good relationship. I am thankful for TVB's cultivation, which enabled me to achieve some success overseas," she said.
Despite having won no awards with TVB in Hong Kong since she made her debut in 2003, Selena fared better outside – having won Best Actress twice at the European Cinematography Awards and Los Angeles Film Awards.
She was also recently nominated in the Best Supporting Actress category at the 7th Canadian Screen Awards.
"Forensic Heroes IV" will be her last drama with the broadcaster.
