Actor/producer/director Tom Verica has put his hacienda-style home in the hills above Studio City in Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley up for sale, with an asking price of not quite $2.3 million. Property records show that the “Scandal” director and executive producer, who also holds down a recurring role on “How to Get Away with Murder,” snagged the 3,100-square-foot, single-story residence in late 2003 for $1.14 million.
