Sarah Geronimo wants to, but is not ready for marriage
28 Jul - While rumours are swirling that Sarah Geronimo and boyfriend Matteo Guidicelli are getting married, the pop princess recently admitted that she is not ready for such a huge responsibility.
As reported on ABS-CBN, the singer-actress who sat down for an interview with Boy Abunda recently, shared that she has seriously considered settling down, but that she knows she isn't ready wholeheartedly for married life.
"I want to imagine that I am ready, but not yet. I would [get married], but not yet," she said.
Geronimo said that she hopes to be the best wife to the man she would eventually marry.
"I don't want to be selfish to my partner. But for one to find Mr. Right, one should be Ms. Right as well. Isn't that right?," she said.
Geronimo also left a message to her future husband, saying that she hopes that he will be patient with her, being the "late-bloomer" that she is.
"Even though I am 29, it seems like I am in my early 20s or even a teenager. So hopefully you can be patient and understand me," she said.
Geronimo has been dating fellow singer Matteo Guidicelli for three years now.
