Sandra Ng makes directorial debut with "The Ghost's Bell"
23 Oct - Sandra Ng recently surprised many when she suddenly released the trailer of her new movie, "Yao Yao Ling" (aka "The Monster's Bell").
As reported on Oriental Daily, the upcoming movie, which will be released on 29 December, is Sandra's directorial debut, whose last big movie was the Lunar New Year comedy, "12 Golden Ducks" and "Monster Hunt".
The comedy movie tells the story of the odd occurrences that is happening in a rundown building in a city and stars comedian Shen Teng. But just like Sandra's previous productions, she also invited her big star friends including Alex Fong and Francis Ng.
When asked about Sandra's directorial effort, filmmaker Peter Chan, who also produced the movie, said that it was like letting a child playing with fire.
"You have to stop her, but every time you do, she yells at you," he joked.
