Ryzal Ibrahim won't back down from his plan to sue netizen over DNA issue
25 Jan – Famous Malaysian YouTuber Ryzal Ibrahim of DurianKimchi recently stated that he will not back down from his plan for a legal action against an individual over the latter's comment about his family.
The social media influencer was previously enraged over the netizen's joke on a photo of him and Korean wife Maryam with their first baby that he should take a paternity test, as the baby does not resemble him.
"I was shocked by that comment. Maybe it's because [my daughter] Rina doesn't look like me. But it's because her mother is Korean," he said.
Ryzal stated that he has already discussed with a lawyer, and would like for the said individual to apologise to him in person or to record his apology and share it on social media.
"This has nothing to do with money. I just want to clear our good names and teach netizens to be careful in commenting," he said.
Ryzal and Maryam welcomed their first child late last year, and named her Nik Yu Rina - a combination of his own name and his wife's Korean name, You Narae.
