Singapore singer Joanna Dong and Kim Jong-kook, of popular South Korean variety show “Running Man” will be performing at the upcoming Asian Television Awards (ATA) on 1 December, said a joint release by the Infocomm Media Development Authority and the Singapore Media Festival on Wednesday (11 Oct).

Jazz singer Dong, 35, finished third in the finals of the recently concluded Chinese singing competition, “Sing! China”. She is the second Singaporean to finish in the top three of the popular show.

Variety show star and singer Kim was last in Singapore in 2014 with his fellow “Running Man” members Ji Suk-jin, Song Ji-Hyo, Lee Kwang-soo and Haha (Ha Dong-hoon) for a fan meeting, and in 2013 for his first solo fan meeting.

The awards show will also feature performances from Austalian electronic artist GG Magree and Indonesian singer-actor Afgansyah Reza. More acts will be announced in due time.

Tickets to this year’s ATA will be available for public purchase for the first time on Sistic at $28, $38 and $98. The awards show will be hosted by television personalities Baki Zainal, Stephanie Carrington and Wang Li Huan.
